Charlie Saccardi has worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years. His Culinary travels have taken him coast to coast stopping in Cleveland, Boston, New Orleans and
now here in Western New York. 

He is excited about his new endeavor as the executive chef at Bristol Harbour Resort. His extensive background, passion for food and culinary talent are sure to come through at his new post where he expects to utilize his national experience into elevating out regional cuisine. The Finger Lakes region will soon be the East Coast version of the Napa Valley wine & food experience.
