New York State sales tax not included
weekly plus rates are as shown (tax exempt).
There is a minimum two-night stay throughout the year except for July and August when stays of one week or more are required. No more than 5 adults are allowed to stay in any size condo at any time.
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be refunded if accommodations are rebooked, less a 10% cancellation fee. Thirty-day cancellation notice is required.
