PAYMENT SCHEDULE
For Cottages/Golf Side Homes, 50% deposit is due within 14 days of reserving. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. In the Hotel, $100 per person deposit is due within 14 days of your reservation. Credit card security deposit required upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Diner's Club are accepted. All fees are payable in US funds.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
When arriving at Bristol Harbour Resort, please leave your bags in your car and we will give you directions to the hotel/cottages.
Check-in is at 3:00pm. Check-out is at 10:00am.
Check-out times must be respected and adhered to.
Late check-outs are subject to charge equivalent to one night's stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
TEE TIMES
- As a Bristol Harbour guest you are receiving preferred tee times, which will not be guaranteed until full payment is received.
- Weather and conditions are only a valid reason for tee time cancellation if the course is unplayable the day of your tee time.
(Rain Checks will be given for cancelled tee times due to weather & conditions.)
- No adjustments will be made for unused portions of any package.
MAID SERVICE
All hotel packages include daily maid service. All condo packages include departure housekeeping service. Cottage/Golf Side Homes daily maid service is available for an additional fee. Please make arrangements before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Weekends - Year Round - There is a 30 day cancellation policy for reservations reserved for Holidays, Special Events, Weddings, Family Reunions and Golf Packages. There is a 60 day cancellation policy with a 25% cancellation fee for all multiple hotel reservations in the hotel or a combination of hotel and cottage reservations. The 25% cancellation fee takes affect at booking and is non-refundable. You will be charged for your total stay if we do not receive written notification of your cancellation prior to your arrival by the specified timeframe above. This can be accomplished by emailing the frontdesk@bristolharbour.com.
