PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- A credit card number is required to confirm your reservation.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover are accepted.
- All fees are payable in US funds.
- No adjustments will be made for unused portions of packages.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
- Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am.
- Check-out times must be respected and adhered to.
- Late check-outs are subject to a charge equivalent to a one night stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Renters are responsible for all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival and departure date. All cancellations must be followed up in writing.
- Weekends (5/1 - 10/31) & Holidays (year round) require a 30 day notice of cancellation.
- Weekdays (5/1 - 10/31) require a 1 week notice of cancellation.
- All other dates require 48-hour notification.
- Weather conditions are not a valid reason for cancellation.
GOLF
As a Bristol Harbour guest you will receive preferred tee times (not guaranteed until full payment is received).To fine tune your golf game, inquire about a private golf lesson or experience the Bristol Harbour School of Golf.
MAID SERVICE
All hotel packages include a daily maid service. All condo packages include a departure housekeeping service. A condo daily maid service is available for an additional fee. Please make arrangements before arrival.
