In July and August, stays of one week are required.
Please inquire about shorter stays off-season.
There is a restriction on the number of guest occupying each condo based on the unit size.

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and personal checks are accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be refunded if accommodations are rebooked, less a 10% cancellation fee. Thirty-day cancellation notice is required.
