There is a 60 day cancellation policy with a 25% cancellation fee for all cottage reservations as well as multiple reservations in the hotel or a combination of hotel and cottage reservations. The 25% cancellation fee takes affect at booking and is non-refundable. You will be charged for your total stay if we do not receive written notification of your cancellation 60 days prior to your arrival date. This can be accomplished by emailing the frontdesk@bristolharbour.com.
