Chocolate Soft Centered Cake

¾ lb milk chocolate
½ lb unsalted butter
1 c sugar
½ c all purpose flour
6 eggs

Method: Melt butter and chocolate together over double boiler
Whip flour, sugar and eggs separately. Then fold melted chocolate
Into the egg mixture. Fill buttered 4 oz ramkin cups ¾ full.

Bake at 350
For 10-15 minutes …serve warm with berries,whipped cream..its utopia!

Makes 10-12 individual cakes.
