2025 Golf Membership Details

2025 Season Dates

The course is open from May 1st - October 31st each year.

2025 Membership Dues

  • Single Membership: $13,500

  • Couples’ Membership: $17,000

  • Family Membership (includes children 25 years and under): $22,000

​

All membership dues include greens fees, cart fee, and NYS tax for cart fee. Cart fee is taxed by NYS law. Bristol Harbour Resort Management will retain cart fees to purchase and maintain a fleet of electric golf carts for our private members.

  • Unlimited course access, 7 days a week

  • Access to private cart barn featuring a selection of snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, restroom facilities, and outdoor seating areas

2025 Member Guest Information

  • Member Guest fee of $110 per day (includes greens fees, cart fee, NYS tax for cart fee)

  • Members may invite up to three guests per visit

  • Guests must be accompanied by member (please note: there will be no exceptions to this policy)

  • Guests cannot play on Fridays from 12 pm - 4 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am - 12 pm, so that all golf members may have access at premium times

Our golf course offers 13 beautiful, scenic holes and provides increased privacy from the surrounding homes.

 

Private members are welcome to play as many or as few holes as they'd like, without a tee time.

Q: Is Bristol Harbour open to the public?

A: Bristol Harbour is a private golf course with membership by application. Should you like to apply, please contact tschenk@bristolharbour.com to request an application form.

Q: When does the golf season run?

A: The golf season runs from May 1st - October 31st each year, and the course is open 7 days a week during the season.

​

Q: Is Bristol Harbour an 18-hole golf course?

A: Bristol Harbour offers 13 private holes in the scenic Bristol hills. We have routed the course to provide the utmost privacy for our members.

​

Q: How do I book a tee time?

A: For the convenience of our exclusive members, tee times are not required.

​​

Q: Are golf carts available?

A: For the convenience of our exclusive members, we offer a fleet of electric golf carts for your use. Walking is also permitted if desired.

​

Q: Is there a club house and bag storage?

A: The cart barn is open from 10 am to 2 pm daily, and will offer a limited selection of soft drinks and snacks. 

 

Our exclusive members are welcome to enjoy a round of golf even when the cart barn is closed. To allow our members to safely and conveniently utilize the course outside of cart barn hours of operation, we have installed a security gate that will provide access for our exclusive members. Members may also access the secure bag storage room via iris scanner.

 

Members are also welcome to help themselves to the use of a golf cart when the cart barn is closed. Our team will clean and service the cart the following day.

Restrooms are also available at the cart barn.

Q: Is there a driving range?

A: Yes, members are welcome to use the driving range at any time.

​

Q: As a member, may I bring guests?

A: Yes, members may bring up to 3 guests per visit, with a $110 fee per guest. Guest passes can be purchased by members using this link. 

Please note, guests cannot play on Fridays from 12 pm - 4 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am - 12 pm, so that all golf members may have access at premium times.

Q: Is there a dress code?

A: Yes. Our dress code policy is strictly enforced:

  • Collared shirts or blouses (no t-shirts, tank tops, etc.)

  • Golf shorts, golf pants, and mid-length skirts (no jeans, sweats, athletic pants, etc.)

  • Spikeless golf shoes (no sandals, boots, golf shoes with spikes, etc.)
